The Mazda awards were introduced to recognise and reward dealers across the network who deliver outstanding levels of customer service. For the second year running, Hodgson Mazda was identified by Mazda UK for its outstanding personal approach to looking after customers and delivering reliable, high-quality cars.

Hodgson Mazda’s ‘customer first’ policy means that when drivers book their car in for a service, the dealership will go over and above to make sure the process is as stress free as possible.

To ensure the customer’s day is not affected while their car is in for service or repair, Hodgson Mazda can offer customers a lift-and-collect service from the dealership to home, work or the nearest Metro station.

Once the servicing is complete, Hodgson Mazda will collect the customer and return them to the dealership. Customers choosing to wait at the dealership can continue to work or browse the internet using the free-of-charge laptops and Wi-Fi, or enjoy some daytime TV and unlimited free refreshments in the relaxing waiting area.

As well as the customer service recognition awarded to both the Newcastle and Gateshead Service teams, Justin Niblock, Aftersales Manager, and Charlie Tufton, Sales Manager at Hodgson Mazda Gateshead, gained individual recognition for their efforts receiving “Outstanding Customer Excellence” awards.
